order to obtain entry, all guests
must present a printed ticket along
with photo identification at the door.
No one under age 21 will be admitted.
For good and valuable consideration hereby given, the purchaser of this ticket hereby agrees to hold harmless and waive any and all claims including but not limited to injury or property damage against New Year’s Nation, LLC, its employees, officers, agents, and assignees, which may arise out of this event from attendance by patrons or third parties of said event and hereby agree to indemnify New Year's Nation, LLC, its employees, officers, agents and assignees for any claims, fees and/or costs incurred by or asserted against said parties arising out of said event including reasonable attorney’s fees for the prosecution or defense of any and all such claims whether actual or otherwise. The purchaser of this ticket hereby agrees to comply with any and all requirements set forth by the event venue. The ticket purchaser further agrees to hold New Year’s Nation, LLC harmless from any damages caused by a denial of entry or early dismissal for failure to comply with the event venue’s entry requirements or any other reason.
